Beware of the builder’s out there claiming to be “Green Builders.”  Not all green is the same.  The National Association of Builders has come out with a set of rules for a “Green Built North Texas” certification.  When choosing your new home builder, be sure to ask for their certification or look the builder you are interested up on line to see if they have their certification in order.
